Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AffirmHer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AffirmHer. By using our App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Description of Service

AffirmHer is a mobile application designed to provide daily affirmations specifically curated for women's empowerment, self-love, and personal growth. Our App includes:

• Daily Affirmations: Carefully curated positive affirmations across multiple categories
• Category Organization: Affirmations organized into themes like confidence, healing, calm, boundaries, self-love, and growth
• Favorites System: Ability to save and revisit your most meaningful affirmations
• Widget Integration: Home screen widgets to display affirmations
• Notification System: Optional daily reminders and affirmation notifications
• Image Sharing: Optional ability to save affirmation images to your Photos library

License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AffirmHer for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS devices you own or control.

You May:

• Use the App for personal empowerment and self-development
• Save affirmations as favorites for personal reference
• Share screenshots or images created by the App on social media (with attribution appreciated)
• Use the App on multiple iOS devices you own

You May Not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Republish or redistribute the affirmation content in bulk
• Create derivative works based on the App or its content
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Subscriptions & In‑App Purchases

AffirmHer offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly and Annual). The Annual plan may include a 7‑day free trial. Subscriptions are auto‑renewable and processed by Apple; you can manage or cancel in iOS Settings at any time. A “Restore Purchases” option is available in the app.

Pricing is set in App Store Connect by region and displayed using Apple’s localized price strings. We do not collect payment information.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content in AffirmHer, including but not limited to affirmations, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of AffirmHer or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Affirmation Content

The affirmations provided in our App are carefully curated and, where applicable, originally created by our team. Some affirmations may be inspirational in nature and drawn from common positive psychology principles. We strive to ensure all content is original or properly sourced.

User-Generated Content

Since AffirmHer does not collect personal data or allow user submissions, there is no user-generated content within the App. Any customization or personalization happens locally on your device.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our commitment to protecting your privacy.

• All app data is stored locally on your device
• No usage analytics or tracking is performed
• No third-party services have access to your data

App Store Terms

AffirmHer is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's terms will prevail regarding your use of the App as downloaded from the App Store.

Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims related to the App. Any complaints or issues should be directed to us, not Apple.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AffirmHer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide a positive and empowering experience, we make no warranties about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the affirmations
• The App's suitability for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all iOS devices or versions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AffirmHer and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is currently free).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AffirmHer, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any misuse of the App or its content

Updates and Modifications

We may update AffirmHer from time to time to improve functionality, add content, or fix issues. Updates may be delivered through the App Store and may be required for continued use.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Updates to this webpage with a new "Last updated" date
• In-app notifications for significant changes
• Email notification (if we ever collect email addresses in the future)

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us.

Termination by You

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your devices and discontinuing use.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, though we hope this will never be necessary given the App's simple, positive nature.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and you should delete the App from your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AffirmHer is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in our operating location.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
